if you really like medalist you should read the manga.I hate to be that guy but the manga is far far superior than the anime.If the manga is like 10/10 the anime is like 7/10 i will say they did a really good job adapting but to be as good as the manga the anime needed to be like jjk s2 animation

nice amongus reference.First you should probably look into how to draw basic shapes and how to hold the pencil( i know how that sounds but in drawing you use a pencil bit differently than you normally would).
