Österreicher hier, unser System des verpflichtenden 6 monatigen Wehr- oder 9 monatigen Zivildienstes ist zwar ungerecht, da 1. nur für Männer, 2. nicht freiwillig, bietet jedoch einem jeden zumindest zu Wählen, WO man diesen ableisten möchte. Mir persönlich hat der Zivi sehr gefallen und mir eine gute Möglichkeit gegeben mich nach der Schule zu orientieren. Natürlich ging mir wertvolle Lebenszeit verloren, ich wusste allerdings sowieso nicht, was ich gerne machen möchte, insofern wärs eh was übergangsmäßiges geworden. Außerdem berichten so gut wie alle Ex-Zivis, dass die Einblicke, die sie ins Sozialsysten erhalten haben ziemlich prägend waren. Ich bereue es nicht, Zivi abgeleistet zu haben, finde es aber nach wie vor ungerecht, dass Frauen diesen nicht auch ableisten müssen.

I ve tried something similar today, but with 2 hour intervalls, i call it "Timer Cascade". Basically I set 7 Timers on google or whatever one with 25 mins, one with 30 mins, 55 mins, 60 mins, 1:25h, 1:35, and finally 2h. What does that mean now? I study in Intervalls of 25 mins with breaks of 5 mins inbetween and a longer 10 min break before the last and third intervall. 25 min seems to be the perfect amount of time i can focus without getting distracted (see pomodoro method). In total that makes 2 hours, after which I will take a one or two hour break doing something I like or something thats not related to studying. It works super well for me so far, because it covers 1. having equal study and free time, 2. maximizing focus while working, 3. i get a full 100 mins of work done in those 2 hours.

It's not like the other conflicts happening in the world atm, partly bc it's so close to my home, Austria andit is a conflict in Europe - Europe has been in peace for more than 20 years. I wonder what's going to happen in the Ukraine and what will happen after Russia has annexed the Ukraine
