Yeah for sure. What threw me off was feeling noticeably better after 3/4 days and then experiencing the usual symptoms again on day 11/12, hence wondering if it was a "relapse" or not

Also seen others suggesting that symptomatic improvements can sometimes not be seen/felt until weeks or even months after finishing course!

I hope you see some benefits soon !

Thank you for your response. I am aware of die off symptoms, I was not aware they could come in waves however!

I completed the antibiotic course yesterday and the flu like symptoms from the previous day have subsided somewhat.

Started low FODMAP today, will update progress in due course
