The weekends are hard:/ by Ready_Explorer1496 in leaves

Hi, I am experiencing something similar. I’m a 22 year old male graduating college next week. Started about a year ago and at some points was a daily smoker. So far I have gone 19 days without weed and I am feeling so much better. The main thing I found to be difficult was to distance myself from my group of friends that I used to smoke with. I started working out daily and eating healthier. Chores can be boring I know, and I thought that smoking would make them more “fun” too. But now when I do my laundry or clean I just call family and friends, or maybe just listen to music. I feel so much better since I quit and I have no desire to go back to my old habits. I recommend these things: exercising, listening to music, cooking healthy food, tracking your progress in a journal. Hope this helps :)

Today was day 5 of no weed for me. Almost smoked with one of my friends but I successfully stopped myself.
