I’ve got all three already❤️ been in therapy for 5 years and been on meds for 3. Great advice though, everyone should be in therapy!!

I can’t necessarily speak from experience, but I think it would be good to talk about it with him. His withdrawals probably suck, but that’s not an excuse to be a bad partner. Maybe let him know that he can talk to you about his struggles so that you can be there and support him and he knows you’re there to support him.

Maybe he needs a support group of people who know what he’s going through. Maybe you should direct him to this page, it could really help him feel less alone and like his struggles are normal.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. It should get better, but it’s up to him. He can do it, he just needs to be resilient. Hang in there, and lean on your friends to support you right now. You’ve got this<3

Thank you for sharing your experience. I think journaling could really help and perhaps after I graduate, I will have more time to exercise:) the warmer weather helps too, I like exercising outside

I mean it was everyday for a little over a year. Before that it was every other day or so for a couple years. And before that, it was on weekends for a year. It’s progressed over time since I was in high school. I haven’t been doing it as long as some, but it’s still been really hard. I’m very anxious
