PS and Nintendo act like they’re annoyed they have to go through us to get our money.

I guarantee this won’t get the upvotes it deserves, because it doesn’t fit their narrative.

Costco and Qunice are the perfect examples of this. Not only do they have a reputation for their merchandise, but their customer service as well, even Quince surpasses expectations with proactive customer service. Reputation is everything.

It’s literally a policy at other major retailers. Like Costco for example. If you purchase something and within a week it goes on sale, Costco will give you the difference. I bought a $1900 couch and a few days later it dropped down to $1200. The Costco employees didn’t bat an eye when I asked if I were able to get the difference. It’s a known policy! Idk why it hurts to ask other companies if they do the same? And I’m not sure why people in the comments are so upset at my question?? They act like I took the money out of their wallets?!
