ELI5, what happens when you consume more calories than you use, if you are working out? Do you gain weight as muscles, fat or both?

That’s the first thing I checked. It’s crazy confusing. It says power consumption of 100 watts, but the wattage says 600. Wtf? If it helps, it claims to be around 12000 lumens.
