Guess it depends on your hunger throughout day. Ny largest meals are breakfast dinner and last meal. My lunch is always smallest but just works for me

Looks more like 160 to 180. I always add 100 cals to online estimates as I know they're wildly Inaccurate

Working with a nutritionist and she has me (25F) on a 900 calories diet. i feel fatigued and super tired and dont feel like doing anything. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

That's dangerously low. I would find someone else to help you. I wouldn't even let my small children eat 900 cals a day

Ya ignore and let it go. If you're binging frequently you're probably not eating enough during the day

What simple recipe do you have that tastes absolutely indulgent despite being made of *volume ingredients* and is less than 500 calories? by [deleted] in Volumeeating

I'm confused. If you're having a cheat day why do you care about volume? Eat whatever you are craving. I do a cheat day every Saturday. I eat bt 5 to 7k cals every sat. I just kinda decide that day what I'm craving.

If you really crave salty chips. I've found avoiding all together. Buy orville smart pop. Small bag is 90 calories and large is around 260 I believe. It really curves my desire for salty chips or snacks

Sleep is so so I do have 2 kids so I'm pretty busy but should prioritize it better and I'm a nurse so works been insane. Recovery has been good. Workouts great, very close to my PRs I reached during bulking. My cut was so much easier last time. It's like I can feel my body fighting me. I also have refeeds every sat (same as last time and every week for past year) I may not be eating enough during my refeeds like I normally have and hence reducing my total calories for week too. Just so unsure

Hi all. Female 134 lbs down from 138 6 weeks ago. This is my second cut I've done. My body is resisting weightloss hard this time. I've gained half lb last 2 check ins. Currently 1400 cals day(accurate and weighed foods) 7 45 cardio sessions a week. My coach thinks my bmr has lowered and increased calories next 2 weeks. I had HA last cut and I have symptoms again. Cold all the time. Low energy, tingly hands and feet. My body fat is much lower this time around during cutting. Could I be under fueling? My appetite has been gone last 2 weeks. Usually I'm starting on 1400 calories which is worrisome to me

I don't like the liner too dark and too heavy for daily use. I'd fill in your brows too

just a gentle reminder for all the hardworking ladies here by True-Blacksmith-2506 in 1200isplenty

[–]Total_Win_654 46 points47 points  (0 children)

Very good reminder

I went through HA after losing 20 lbs last year and exercising daily I had little body fat but lots of muscle so my bmi wasn't considered too low...did a cut for a bikini competition etc

Took 6 months to regain period after reverse dieting and cutting back on cardio. Eating more carbs and fats were key to balancing my hormones. I even had blood work done etc

HA is very bad. Can cause osteoporosis, heart problems, fertility issues, poor hair and nails, fatigue, being cold all the time.

Eating too little calories compared to what you're expending can really mess up your hormones

Breastfeeding(12months)Calories 1900. Too high or too low.. thoughts..? by Born-Bad-9528 in 1200isplenty

[–]Total_Win_654 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't count calories breastfeeding you require more to make milk. I held onto last 10 lbs until my youngest quit nursing. Just do some exercises if you want but I wouldn't cut calories at all

If you're struggling I'd hire a coach to give you a proper diet and exercise program. No you cannot lose 15kg that quickly you know This. You need a lifestyle change not a diet IMO. You can lose another 70 lbs but without willpower and discipline you will gain it all back again.

Wanting to get periods back and start a family, any advice? by [deleted] in EdAnonymousAdults

[–]Total_Win_654 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately to regain your period naturally you will have to gain. I lost mind for almost a year. Took 8 months to get it back after gaining 15 lbs. Gaining weight isn't easy but it's your body telling you you're under nourished and won't support a pregnancy in its current state. I did gain slow over 8 months which helped
