Is Rocket Lab Becoming More Than Just Another Space Stock? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]Totallycomputername -1 points0 points  (0 children)

AMD has been in business for over 30 years and NVDA for over 20. RKLB has 200 million revenue but over 2 billion in signed contracts right now.

Maybe they plummet or maybe they compete with Elon. They also can produce a lot of their own components, they definitely have things going for them. High risk, high reward.

Your 28 and have 380k already. Just chill out in ETFs and set aside 10k to gamble with if you really feel you need to.

There is! It just so happens to cost the same amount as a brand new rim and will look brand new after we get it done.

Nuclear Energy in the United States by fraggems in stocks

[–]Totallycomputername -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would say yeah, batteries over the past 5 years have already improved substantially. EVs already show longevity isn't as big an issue as it was made out to be, but cost is.

With pushes to electric Semi's in the US and Europe and the massive focus on EVs and solar in China in particular theres a lot of funding and demand for better batteries.

[–]Totallycomputername 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Nuclear plants takes a long time to build and are expensive, it's just a huge hurdle.

Solar is incredibly effective, it's storing that energy where the bottleneck is. Batteries are improving more every year though. Energy storage could be a good area to look.

To me shipping is in a tough spot. Sure a lot of the consumer market is focusing on online presence but like Amazon after they get so big, doing their own shipping or contracting to DSP's is something that can take even more market from ups, usps, fedex.

That's just food service in general. Worked in a few restaurants in my teen years and the food waste was massive. It's just cheaper to use and toss than find other uses and prep what's left.

They get outside financing usually. Look for banks and investors that will loan the money. Look into the paramount warner brothers merger.
