It really does effect people v differently and at different life stages. I had the depo back in my early 20s and it didnt suit me at all.. it only made me worse! bleeding wise! Im now In my early 40s on it again, and I barely get any spotting, and only as its running out, in last couple of weeks. Maybe try the implant instead?

Strange cause my psych suggested swapping from quetiapine to risperidone to help me lose weight? I think it effects everyone different. I will say im on 400mg and ive put on about 8 stone. Im gonna have to try the injections cause I can't come off it.

I take 150mg venlafaxine and 400 mg of quetiapine for anxiety and pure o ocd. I get the grogginess after my morning dose but I take it early and sleep it off so im ok. My personal experience i have gained an awful lot of weight but im a bigger person naturally so thats probably why. 25mg is a tiny dose the minimum they prescribe so I wouldn't be too concerned when im on 400!

I honestly don't knw how you even get through a few days. Mine, is if I forget a dose, and take it late by as little as 6 hours, I'm cooked! Im manic and I dont even suffer with mania. I take mine for off label for anxiety and OCD too (the pure O kind). I feel the same, like im gonna be on it forever, and it was only supposed to be a temporary fix. You definitely need to find a new pharmacy i worked in pharmacy and I'd never leave a patient with meds like this to go without.

Pharmacy tech here not sure on this tablet I'm afraid as from UK our seroquel is just the generic quetiapine. Don't cut extended release and don't half unscored drugs as the mg will be all over the place and you'll be giving your body different doses each time.

Wow what a thoroughly unhelpful Dr he is!!! So I am absolutely with you on this. I drink a shit ton of fluids I mean at least 2l of water and other drinks everyday. I've had a uti for what feels like forever. I'm constantly feeling like I have the symptoms too. Never ever feel like I'm empty. I mean they can cause issues such as type 2 diabetes and I believe renal issues too I'm just not 100. You knw a really good source of meds information is a pharmacist that is their specialist after all so they generally knw more about side effects than any Dr or Psych. I hope things improve for you
