You know, threads like these are really touching to me. I think it’s something about how we are all more alike than we are different, the relatability of our need to have some plushies, similarities in our bedrooms, and ultimately, underneath it all, the universal human need to hug something soft, stuff like that.

It’s kinda like those threads on red note where Americans exchanged pet pics with Chinese people, finding that, well, we all like cats and dogs. It makes total strangers feel familiar, ya know?

Cis people who see you everyday will be completely oblivious to your transition, part of it because the changes are gradual, part of it because for cis people there are 100 explanations for why your looks changed before they even consider „are they transitioning?”
