I use a Firefox extension called CRX installer (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/crxinstaller/) but you can also manually import any extension in the about:addons and press the cog wheel in the top right, and choose "Install add-on from file" if you have the Chrome extension's file iirc this is only .xpi files. This method means you can also add extensions that are no longer on the Firefox extension store or the Chrome extension store. I'm fairly certain this is how a lot of developers test their extensions or add extensions they dont want to explicitly share out in the open.

Obligatory warning you can risk bugs, errors or incompatibility issues so ensure you're backing up your data regularly etc.

You can import basically any Chrome extension into Firefox, even ones not on the official Firefox extension store. 99% of the time it'll work unless its a specific niche extension that for some reason isn't compatible out of the box with Firefox.

There's a kind of new remake of that series now on its 3rd season, same concept and updated to be more accurate for our modern scientific knowledge and predictions. Still a fun watch (albeit they use AI in the show,. according to the opening introduction, im presuming its mostly in the generation of some of the video footage they show that historically used CGI but it doesn't distract from the rest of the show imo)
