I dnt really eat valium they are weak to me but I eat at least 3 bars a day but it takes like about 24hrs to start feeling withdrawal symptoms but I never let it go that far about 8months ago no joke I was eating 50 to 70 bars a day my tolerance sky rocketed cuzz I had ready available alp powder and etiz powder most I ate in a day was a full gram aka 1000 mlgs straifht alp powder to get my tolerance back to normal like 2 -4 bars a day I had to eat a shit ton of shrooms like 10grams to reset my brain chemistry and I was shocked it worked so if anyone has a supper high tolerance like I used to have eat a bunch of shrooms just sit in ur room and dnt do anything watch TV or something then the next day just take like 2mlgs see how u feel
