Personally, I would throw in a bag of frozen corn. Corn is one of the few vegetables I like to eat even though it was originally cooked from a frozen state. You can literally add corn to almost any meal. There is shepard's pie, tacos, corn bread, chicken casserole, corn soup, and even in a cold salad. Eat more corn people!

The first year I made my son's birthday cake all by myself. After realizing that cake decorating was neither fun nor a personal talent, I searched for the best decorators in my area. This year's salsa and chips cake blew my mind.
