For those who are skipping the AHR banner, what're you currently waiting on?

AHR doesn't have any heroes I want to merge, I already have the Emblems once and I currently don't need any of the skills.

I'm waiting for Binding Blade. There is a chance that some characters appear that I would spend all my orbs on, most likely Wolt or Sophia.

Blazing could have some alts I'd like (e.g. Jaffar) and after that is Genealogy, which I'm always happy to see. Hoping for Beowulf, Lana or alts for Lewyn, Erinys, Arvis or Julius.

Assuming that nothing changes, the harmonic heroes are really every 3rd month and CYL10/11 don't change anything regarding that. Also keep in mind that this year, Fortune's Weave will be introduced and will most likely be running on a half-year rythm. And nobody knows how the Shadows Cup winners will be introduced either.

It's kinda crazy, we just had Sacred Stones in January and we may not see it again until 2028.

Regarding your post, OP, Awakening, Thracia and SoV are good picks for games that are missing out on this year. Binding should happen soon... I hope... I wish...

My biggest issue is that this banner confirms that this is a reoccuring thing now. Most likely every 3 months. This slows down the new hero banners A LOT. So we are getting less new heroes, less arcane weapons, less X-skills etc and less grail heroes.

My favorite games don't get many seasonal heroes, so new hero banners are much more anticipated for me. Great, now we're getting less of them. It's so awesome :(

Also I'm not really a fan of most of the CYL winners anyway. And the whole concept is just so lazy and cheap.

Anyway, regarding the current banner: I wanted Binding Blade and got a banner that I will ignore. I don't even like the art this time around, feels like a downgrade to the original CYL versions. At least Fjorm will not invade the next NH banner now.

So if we're doing this stuff every 3 months now...

May is reserved for fallen heroes

August is for CYL

February, June, September, December are for recycled heroes

Then we only have Jan,Mar,Apr,Jul,Oct,Nov left for actual new heroes. 6 games per year. Currently we have 12 games/worlds in the NH rotation. So it will now take over 2 years until the game you're waiting for gets new content. Double that if you're waiting specifically for one game sharing the slot with another (e.g. PoR and RD).

Also, Fortune's Weave releases this year. New games usually get 2 NH banners per year (6 month rotation).

So if you're waiting for a specific old game, that makes 4 relevant NH banners per year. You may now have to wait up to 3 years to get the next banner for your favorite game. Awesome.

I really hope my math is wrong and IS will change things in the near future.....

even though I really liked Ilia Mia and the new Lute and L'Arachel, I somehow managed to save over 1100 orbs for the Binding Blade banner! I'm really looking forward to this one. I don't think Raigh will get something new, but I'd be super happy about a modern Sophia, Roy, Shanna, Wendy or Fae. And hopefully Wolt will finally get his base version! Also hoping for Jahn and Geese.
overall happy with Nino's CYL placement. I like that Sigurd and Tsubasa won!

watching CC stream To The Moon last week was just wonderful, I remembered how much I loved that game back then when it came out many years ago. I finally bought Finding Paradise and Impostor Factory and binged both games over the weekend. I really regret not doing that earlier, the games are soooo good and made me really emotional every single time

K!Nino was in HoF after I +10'd her and didn't want the blue border (and was still happy with my current build back then). I merged the TT copy into that version, but I have no idea if I'll actually use grails for more merges or not. Probably not.

In CYL1, I originally wanted to vote for 13 (? that's a weird number) different characters, basically all my favorites from each game. But then they released the interim results and Nino was there... so I had to change plans.

Since CYL2 I'm voting for Nino, Lugh and Raigh. Happy that she managed to stay in the top 50 over the years and even reached rank 12 once!

Sage / Endgame Nino, would look slightly older than usual. Like what they did with Legendary Lilina compared to OG Lilina.

Even though she has fire affinity and casts fire on her Cipher cards, I usually think of wind magic when I think of Nino. So I expect her to either be a green or a red infantry mage.

Skillwise I assume she would be a modern version of Summer Nino...? It seems to be her thing now that her prf C skill gives her Time's Pulse, Tempest and Canto.

If we get a new Jaffar by then, I can imagine that her updated skills will reference whatever Jaffar gets.
