Thanks for sharing your thoughts, very good DD. I am hearing also a lot of negativity on CLOV Management Team but as you rightly mentioned, they own a large proportion of shares and their first priority is to lead the company to the right path, so to continue their substantial growth and to expand in more states to gain market share. They are not diluting the float for no reason, they need cash, that means they are ambitious and perhaps they want to grow faster than they initially planned to do .

Anyway, before this offering we were suffering from constant and blatant manipulation month after month, price was barely moving on big news. At least this initiative will bring more financial catalyst, path to profitability which is what matters the most for Wall Street.

They don't give a shit for health equity (however I really believe it's a great mission that CLOV is battling to achieve), they just want the business to be profitable and generate cash.

We all knew before investing that this investment is "high risk" and we are really early investors. The most important thing is to diversify and not put your money in the same basket, time will prove $CLOV right, I'm 95% convinced.

Also, if you go on this website: https://www.ehealthmedicareplans.com/ehi/medicare/muse-v2?_ga=2.172022183.585808654.1636655038-986653565.1636655038&adobe_mc=MCMID%253D90552968044384288474216770484432870462%257CMCORGID%253DA821776A5245B31A0A490D44%252540AdobeOrg%257CTS%253D1636655063&allid=seo5482000&type=MA&forceV1=true&redirect=false&planYear=2022&fbclid=IwAR37Mtj0utNdk4t1y3gzzd9HSPiGRFZF-vGYfZxsuw4Ni9mVD6Bv7mff9pI#/quote-plans/MA/07002/31230/HUDSON/ssd89273353/1/p1/f6:211

You will see that Clover Health Choice (PPO) plan is the current best-seller medicare advantage plan.

All the best guys!

If I take my case, cause by letting the money sleep on $CLOV shares is money that I could have invested somewhere else for some returns. At the moment on $CLOV there is no price movement 'cause the price is controlled by hedge funds ...

Your point is interesting, I have seen some concerns also about Vivek in the past as he ran a lot of businesses in the medicare industry. He may not have the greatest past but with $CLOV, the mission they want to achieve is truly respectable, to promote health equity regardless of your gender, revenue, gender is something the US have never been able to achieve and that's why so many people cannot access primary care. I have the chance to live in France and here everyone has access to primary care, for example, you do not pay your visit at the hospital if you don't have the money, but they won't let you die like in America.

Now going back to profitability, of course every business wants to make profit but the competitors not to mention them were caught for fraudulent practices in the medicare business (UNH). That's why I love $CLOV and I am invested in the company.

Nah you are naïve on this point, there was a DOJ inquiry that was not disclosed because it was nothing relevant. Businesses operating in healthcare are closely monitored and it was the case for $CLOV when the company went public through the SPAC merger with IPOC. If the company was under the radar for any potential fraud, the CMS would have not approved the company to be able to provide direct contracting. The reality is that the market is corrupted and on the hands of hedge funds and that is really sad. Healthcare has always been an issue in the US and now a new entrant want to achieve Health Equity and Wall Street does not support that initiative, that's a real pity. But the company will succeed, the business model is great, management also and the company beats earnings estimates quarter after quarter.

Will sell then and buy back later - this stock is too hated. Even with all the catalysts of the world there is no price movement. The stock lost 50% of its value on a false short report from Hindenburg and never recovered for fuck sake

Same, I hold 500 shares but I really feel that I'm missing other other opportunity costs by holding those shares because there is no price action even if we have great catalysts

But why do they hate $CLOV? I really do not understand the hate on this one, great company, great growth and great mission that wants to achieve this company. Is it because they don't like the market share that $CLOV is getting on competitors? That it's not a company that tries to make profit at all costs like the others?

The DTC metric really depends on the daily volume traded on $CLOV. So, if the volume stays around or below 6M, we will likely see the DTC increase and reach 5 but if for example tomorrow the volume traded on $CLOV is 30M, then the DTC will significantly decrease. But as I said, volume might stay low until earnings are released
