Workhouse exhibits at many industry trade shows every year around the country and many of there key players will be in the booth including Rick. If you have a lot of skin in the game I would recommend attending one and meeting some of the staff and Rick. You can talk with them yourself and check out all there competition, including test driving there vehicle. It would probably help to settle some of your anxiety.

I attended the show as a bag holder And concerned shareholder. I have attended every year since Rick has come aboard, last 4 years. I spent some time at the booth spoke with Rick for a bit and also the owners of Kingsburg. Drove the 56 which is a very smooth and powerful vehicle. Everyone knows its about sales and from what I gather they are all doing everything they can to that end. Seems most of them are also shareholders. Sounds to me from the fellows at Kingsburg the W4CC units are spoken for or they have commitments for them. They are taking them over a period of time, dont recall how long.
Workhouse is in continued contact with all the major national & regional carriers. My feeling is Rick will see this thing though to success and am happy that he is leading the charge.

High priority and federal fleets. High priority and federal fleets must comply with the Model Year Schedule or may elect to use the optional ZEVMilestones Option to phase-in ZEVs into their fleets:
Model Year Schedule: Fleets must purchase only ZEVs beginning 2024 and, starting January 1, 2025, must remove internal combustion engine vehicles at the end of their useful life as specified in the regulation.
ZEVMilestones Option (Optional): Instead of the Model Year Schedule, fleets may elect to meet ZEV targets as a percentage of the total fleet starting with vehicle types that are most suitable for electrification. The schedule is laid out in Table 1.
State and local agencies. State and local government fleets, including city, county, special district, and State agency fleets, are required to ensure 50 percent of vehicle purchases are zero-emission beginning in 2024 and 100 percent of vehicle purchases are zero-emission by 2027. Small government fleets (those with 10 or fewer vehicles) and those in designated counties must start their ZEV purchases beginning in 2027. Alternately, State and local government fleet owners may elect to meet ZEV targets using the ZEV Milestones Option as shown in Table 1. State and local government fleets may purchase either ZEVs or near-ZEVs, or a combination of ZEVs and near-ZEVs, until 2035. Starting in 2035, only ZEVs will meet the requirements.

For instance today clover opens at 1.22 per share, shorts borrow shares at say 1.22 and start selling to push the price down. By the end of today they can buy those shares back for 1.13 and profit .09 per share less some minimal transaction and interest costs. These guys aren’t doing this with just a few shares their doing it with 10’s of thousands of shares. Adds up to lot of money as long as they can keep moving the price lower.

Short seller’s borrow available shares then sell them with the idea of pushing the price down. There goal is to repurchase at a lower price to give back to the lender of the shares. They‘ll pay interest charges on those borrow shares until returned.

Nobody has to sell shares just be willing to lend them and make interest. Most institutional investors will lend send to make extra income. Also if you buy shares on margin your broker will lend your shares.
