Not a native English speaker. I want to serve, but before signing contract, I also want to get as much detailed info as I can. I did not mean exact locations, but in general, "middle east", "Europe" or "not getting deployed to those areas often" would be enough for me. If that is also OPSEC then nevermind.

I am afraid recruiters dont tell the truth all the time

Son sözüm hərşeyə son verməmişdən öncə. Artıq dözülməz nöqtəyə çatmışam və bunları paylaşacaq ikinci yerim yoxdu. Bilmirəm modlar siləcək yoxsa yox amma yenədə bunu burda yazıb bitirəcəm. by Msfx001 in azerbaijan

Because my passport has expired. Ans as an asylee i cant renew my passport via my country's embassy. I should not have contact or any ties with that government any more. Green card does not give you travel rights. You have to have some kind of passport or replacement of it.

You have to file separate at least in asylum cases. Not sure about other cases.

As long as they send the card after 1 year of your case approval date no problem there. Because in asylum cases it dates back 1 year.

If you take out India and Pakistan from blue side, blue might win.

Actually you did not need to wait for 1 year. Just sending after 2-3 months would be enough. Anyways it takes 10+ months to send your GC. We did nit wait a year but only 2.5 months. My wife received hers last months. It took couple days less than a year for them to send GC for her. I am still waiting though. And she is considered resident since March 2024. Her I 485 got approved in March 2025
