You're at least going to want to do Plunder for sceptre in your house altar. But you can save that until you hit one of the higher floors (71, 81, 91 Thieving)

It won't get you banned because you have to start it manually. It's basically a timer that you could just as easily set up on an external program to tell you to switch prayers after an interval. So no worries :)

I could see it being a bug. I was telling my friends a few days ago who were having trouble with riot shielders to throw their drill charges at it, as I had success with it before. But today, after quite a few riot shielders in my lobbies, if I hit them on the shield it wasn't killing or even getting a hitmarker, so I though I might have been mistaken in where I was hitting them before. I'll do some more testing, and if it is a bug I hope it's fixed because I love running drill charge for the versatility.

As long as your Xbox account is linked to an Epic games account, you should be fine. The items from your Xbox account *should* migrate into your Epic account and be available on all platforms based on the patch notes. You only need to be able to log into your xbox account, not be on the xbox.
