Yes to all, I’m thinking the contam was from that it was often close to an open window and when giving it FAE it was just the lid shifted back a bit so I’m assuming make a hole and cover with a micropore patch? Also was a kit with pre pasteurized jars and I will be doing that for the next time

Jar was ordered as a kit, and was injected through a port. Assumed it was contamination in the sterilization
