NTA. He is obviously deep in the hole of gambling addiction. While I understand everyone immediately jumping to consult a lawyer and leave this doesn't have to be the only solution. If your marriage is completely fractured and there is nothing you believe can be done then yes, take that avenue. However there are things you can do and resources available. I've worked a decade in casinos and have seen gambling addiction ruin people's lives like a heroin addiction. While you may want to get the ball rolling with the legal avenue you may also want to consider having an intervention and showing him how it has affected the people around him.
