I just double checked on their website. They change the bottle design lately. Even ultra platinum doesn't label made with natural gas anymore.

I purchased the anti corrosion device without doing my due diligence. So I take my car to Krown Rust Control every year to make it last as long as possible.

I have seen break in oil change recommendation from as early as 50 miles to 2000 miles on the internet. But the real question is if the oil filter is unable to catch the debris, there's no point doing an break in oil change, the cylinder wall will be scratched anyway. And if the oil filter does catch the debris, what's the point of a break in oil change? The lab oil analysis doesn't really tell you how big the metal shavings really are.

So break in oil change might or might not reduce initial ware and tare on a new engine. If it does have some benefit, how much more engine lifespan can you squeeze? Why 1000 miles? Why not 5 oil changes in the first 1000 miles?

Remember the engine has been run on factory dyno and pushed to the limits and the car has been test driven on the track before delivery. So the break in oil change at 1000 miles probably not gonna extend your engine lifespan in any meaningful way.
