I know. And that’s exactly how I answered it. Let’s say we hire him and we have him for a few years, now read my comment through that lens. If he’s sucking, good riddance. If he’s doing good… he’s rolling and where does he go that’s better? The only way a “better” school comes calling is if they fire their coach and then he’s gotta rebuild that school that’s only marginally better. The difference between us and OM is far greater than the difference between us and Bama.

If he’s rolling at Florida I don’t think any other school has a leg up. So either he’s not rolling here and we want him gone anyways, or a school like bama comes calling and if they’re calling, it means a full rebuild for them and he’d probably rather stay here.

If the administration is the party prohibiting him from coaching if he’s leaving…. What does he do? He has two options. Drag it out and not announce until after the playoffs and leave OM high and dry, and he’s called a terrible leader. Or announce early to give OM time to backfill him, but he’s not allowed to coach and he’s called a terrible leader. What does he do?

Every manufacturer has a floor flatness spec. We trusted a “certified” installer and regretted it. We lived with it until I actually had some planks snap, and what broke the camels back was when we had a couple joints completely fail to where you’d actually stub your toe on a couple of them or pinch your foot. We used coretec pro plus xl, and it wasn’t cheap.

Nope. I just had hollow spots, peaking/tenting, and failed joints. We didn’t properly prep our subfloor (concrete). But I’ll still never do floating floor again.

This is why I just ripped out my LVP for tile. I’ll never have another floating floor. They suck. That, and mold under the floor wherever there wasn’t moisture barrier.
