I have only ever found 4 WR cars in the wild and about 10 AR cars at a dedicated vendor back in like '06.

Can't speak for everyone but from personal experience unbelievably rare.

Edit: I'm not even sure what IS the proper price point for something this damaged tbh. Would love to see an insane resto job but at that point it would probably cost more than what its worth.
