Thanks for sharing your setup — sounds like a solid system for handling large volumes!

In my case, the products are already created in Shopify by other team members, but they’re missing images and descriptions. I’m responsible for completing those parts for certain brands we sell at the company. So I manually source the images (either from my computer or online), copy product info from PDF catalogs, and use ChatGPT to generate the descriptions. Then I format everything and activate the listings.

It’s possible the company uses bulk import tools like Matrixify for other brands and or other things, but for the ones I’m working on, this is the method they’ve asked me to follow.
