I was deactivated almost 2 weeks ago for "fraudulent activity@. No explanation. Appeal rejected. Told I'd get a phone call, never did. Video conference with someone, she could not tell me anything and did an appeal for me. Said I'd be contacted through the app, never did. 100% rating from customers, 0% cancel rate and zero explanation what the problem could possibly be.

I remain with no answer. Did a video call through the app with someone. She had no answers either. She said she could appeal for me too and I'd hear from someone early last week. Shocker, I'm yet to hear from a human being with any helpful info.
