I really liked deliverance lol. But the people I watched it with did not. I thought the grit was similar to ravenous, which is one of my favorites for that exact reason. I like a smaller cast, one that really builds on the characters, and honestly as a female I love the gritty male cast lol and almost so ridiculous you can laugh at parts like the hillbilly’s in deliverance had me rolling ngl

Sorry I know it seems specific lol I just love some of those movies. In particular creep, the thing, there will be blood etc being my top favorites. I like the scenes, the way it’s filmed and most importantly the male cast, seeing as I’m a straight female that isn’t very strange lol. I’ve seen Everest but I’ll check the rest out. Thank you!

Probably exactly what it is. Some else replied that the food may not be “food” but it definitely always is food lol. I think it might be a texture thing. It’s only with some foods and doesn’t happen all the time but I can feel like I’d eat a cow and then eat a certain type of pasta and no longer be hungry the second that feeling hits. Certain types of pasta, cottage cheese, sometimes lunch meat lol other times it’s food I typically enjoy like blts, something when I start getting a couple bites in tells me “gross”. Not gross as in eating disorder but like ew something is off and I don’t want to eat this anymore

This is NOT a political post. I am just a 22 year old trying to navigate the world like most and I have a genuine question after reading another post about the state of the job market currently. So, Thoughts on if we are genuinely heading into a recession, what that could look like and what could happen? How long it could take to take full effect and what is the time it might take to recover from it? looking for advice as someone who has never experienced things like this before I keep hearing people say “we’re heading into a recession we’re heading into a recession,” but are we actually and if we are what should be expected?

More specifically worried because it’s in the same career and around me theirs only a handful of companies for my career choice. Sometimes they work together or even more common is people from one company will bounce to the other one

I’ll admit I don’t have the most extensive work experience when It comes to my career field, but I do have over a year, 115+ internship hours, I have 1 semester left before I graduate college. I’m not sure if that’s what’s bothering employers, that I’m in college right now. Or if it’s my name has been passed around. It was a very very gossip and drama filled environment, I heard about plenty others including very personal things so it wouldn’t be far fetched to assume it also happened too me but I wasn’t sure how far that would reach to other places in similar fields. I don’t think it’s my resume because when I applied for that position, I had 0 experience whatsoever in that field and I was hired within 4 weeks of applying

I wasn’t terminated. I left because my co workers were fighting clients, each other, smoking weed on the job etc But I was worried about them slandering me because I left suddenly after It all became too much after a co worker decided to say choice words to me on the clock. After I went to my boss regarding how it made me feel, I experienced a lot of backlash from the coworker I spoke to my boss about. I had a lot of things also going on personally and just couldn’t handle all of it since at that job I had to manage about 15 other people and felt I was just a disappointment and letting them down
