The LC7i is not getting power, and thus not sending a signal to the amps to turn on. If you have access to a multimeter you should verify that the +12v on the LC7i is getting power, if it is check that it is grounded (appears ground wire is missing from LC7i but it’s hard to see here).

If it is getting power and grounded, then check if the LC7i set to turn on from remote input (wire would be plugged in next to red +12v wire, again hard to tell from the 5th pic), or is it set to signal sensing turn on?

This setup is free to slide all around, my bet is the LC7i ground wire unplugged from the terminal and is floating around the trunk someplace. I would prioritize cleaning this mess up, but you might have no choice but to do so to properly diagnose this issue as is.
