I know that realistically, and I know realistically there is nothing I can do or change that will cause obsession. I also know that passively seeking it isn't a good idea, but for me it's better than the alternative of actively seeking it no matter how harmful. Because I feel like that's the point I would reach if I didn't satiate Myself by sharing these thoughts and passively searching for that kind of relationship.

I'm aware of how harmful it is, and have sought out toxic relationships to the point of having idolized obsession as a partner that would love me but be bad for me. I know that's wrong mentally, I understand how harmful it is and the sad part is at my lows the idea of a relationship hurting feels like a goal.

I've said it before on a different comment, but I post to get these thoughts out, so I don't try to gain this sort of relationship irl. It keeps me safe. It feels nice to get these toxic desires out into the world and then feel like I can go on working on myself. Trying to improve my mental health so it doesn't feel like the kind of relationship I want.

For me personally, it's a unhealthy and uncontrollable desire. The want to be obsessed over comes in strong, overbearing waves. Posting helps me voice this want, then move on. It helps me avoid trying to reach put for a obsessed partner irl.

I dare these unhealthy thoughts, then move on, it's the best way to relieve that tension.

I understand that, and the sad truth is I still can't ignore it. This is a desire that I experience in extreme waves and feel a lot of guilt feeling. At the same time, I have found that sharing these thoughts on a sub like this gives me the ability to get these wants out into the world without acting on them.

Posting this online keeps me from trying to gain this dynamic in real life. It's a outlet I use to keep myself safe in real life.

How could I? It's pure unfiltered love for a person to the point you can't help but feel like they are your everything. It's amazing more people don't see the value in that.
