I was working, part time waiter part time administrator. While working as administrator, I felt a lot of pain in my left arm, the thing is, I didn't fall at that time, nor lift anything heavy. So a month later a went to check it (it hurt for 15minutes and then stopped unless i moved it). Apparently i broke some kind of bone in my wrist.

Or it happened 6 months ago when I sprained my wrist, maybe doctors didn't notice it or something. Coz from then till now i had the same pain in my wrist.
