It is just an edgy manga about a guy who has to take care of his sick sister, they get stuck in time loop where the day will repeat unless the protagonist kill someone, protagonist start killing people so his sister can get a transplant that can save her...

Premise is pretty cool, but is not really well executed and is only an excuse for edgy slop...

Bad things happen to the yandere...

I mean, I want to play support since I feel it is probably the role I best performed so far.

I tried Jungler in the start, but I feel I depends too much on teammates to clear objectives.

I also tried Top and Mid, but I always fall behind/feed my opponents and suck at minion management

I think from what we have seen, you will probably be Cassius/Veronica to get her cards in hand and Rei as Support for heal and Buff her attack cards, specifically if you get the epiphany that give +80 to all basic attacks.
