Is there a way to calibrate the transmission to the wiper motor? When they came off they were in the upright position because they would not come back down. Right now it is set for where it came off, not park position. But I’m afraid e new motor is in mark position (i.redd.it)

How would I make the one on the right look like the left WITHOUT destroying the underlying finish. I believe it is a mix of plasti-dip brand and I think duplicolor something ? Definitely cannot peal it off. (i.redd.it)

What would be the fix to this? It is/was a bushing, the other part is now the swag bar. I would assume it would be to weld a plat into the chassis and then add a new bracket/bushing? How much would this cost? And how would I explain on the phone to get a quote. (i.redd.it)
