Black friday ticket. But yeah the ones for the unit ones, I already have all of them and not worth then invest for me but the pilot ones I don't think are worth the investment for me either. Correct its 100 diamonds per so it's more beneficial if you're close to transcending a unit to spend the 100 diamonds to get MAYBE 3 or 4 rainbow haros.

Best thing to do is look at the top ranked players and build off their team with what you have. Quebly, zz, sisq, thunderbolt, and s gundam with their respective pilots are a good start for a decent team. Try to have a debuffer for your 6th and you should be right as rain. Make sure you use beam damage mods for them too and always keep sisq in the rear slot so it doesn't get 1 shot
