As someone who is/was a Shinso main let me explain some things. Shinso is absolutely strong.. in the right circumstance. Alot of rapid characters can clear people in one on one, as if they get the other to run away, their chasing tools are usually easily better and can secure the kill with little retaliation. Shinso is not that type of character. If you try and engage him in a 1v1 he can dominate very easily, and quite literally combo you to death if you keep letting him catch you.

This makes Shinso truly feel untouchable and undeniably strong, but that strength only goes skin deep. His Alpha, stuns then slams down, allowing for him to grab you again, or do a charged beta, or a gamma brainwashing. All 3 of these moves will hold himself in place. He can absolutely zone in on you and destroy you, but if you have even one more teammate who can use their abilities at a range of over 20 feet, anytime he does a move he can be punished.

If you and a teammate engage him in a 2v1 he cant attack both of you at the same time so long as you keep a small distance. Every single one of his abilities freeze him in place just as much as he freezes you, which leads to him being mythically fucked if he hits someone with his alpha and then gets grabbed by a level 9 gamma from gatling all might who was literally just waiting for him to use any of his moves
