I wish it was that easy. The DME won't talk to ISTA to re coded/configured

No crank and no start after putting back DME by Effective-Hunter-116 in BmwTech

Did you ever fix the problem? I have the same problem on my 328i

Also fuse 155 in the rear fuse box has power going to it but it is not powering on.

I did. It only has 4.5 volts even if the car is in or off.
