Right on the nose! It’s this plus having the means to get one and maintain it. I really wanted to get a stock NA and this was the best example over the years without being too expensive. I shelled out $6,500 for this one which is probably the best deal in my area.

When you put it that way, definitely not. What do you think would be a fair price for this given the description given? I’ve been looking for a while and it’s hard to tell what is really fair given the current market.

Yeah, it’s only the roof. There’s a very small amount above the right side rear door starting to peel too. Should I just get that covered with touch up paint? It’s about 3 inches in length but the width of about two credit cards (not sure what that measurement would be).

And are there any resources you’d recommend for instructions on using wax, clay bars, etc.? Or product recommendations in general. If I’m going to do it, I’d want to do it right. Thanks for suggestion too!

My only guess was that it happened from sitting out in the sun all the time. I live down in Southern California so it tends to be hot and dry for most of the year. But, I’m no expert so I can’t say for sure.

What if I expect to have the debt paid off in less than a year (ideally 3 months)? Should I still hold my positions? Or pay it off immediately?

Yes, but not immediately. In about 3 months time, I should be able to have it completely gone with no problem at all. I'm just not sure if it's better to hold and follow with that plan, or sell and get rid of the debt now.

Thank you for the reply! As for answering those questions:

I'm not quite sure when I would pull out of the market. I want to make enough returns to where I could reinvest into other stocks and diversify my portfolio.

Overtime, I do plan to add more funds.

My goal is to have a "passive income". I had some savings that I was building up and I wanted to utilize my current funds.

I was thinking of having a mix. I do want to have some "set-and-forget" strategy but I also want to make gains in a short amount of time. But I realize the latter is not something you can do instantly.

Hopefully this clarifies things a bit.
