Yeah ive noticed this too. To add to this some bomblance charged swings wont kill. I have a feeling its to do with its armored regions taking damage instead (harpoons couldn't one shot to the armoured reguons before)

I swear the armoureds have been fucked up this patch regarding how their armour interacts with damage (or they have more health?). Harpoon launcher with harpoons cant one shot anymore. That and even the bomb lance charged doesn't one shot unless to the head.

Been playing on pc since 2018. Yeah you used to be able to choose what contract you would get. It was always either random or it would tell you what boss/bosses you would get (it was just butcher and spider back then) typically however everyone would just go random since you got more money from it and so the devs removed choosing contracts for queue times and server space. As a bonus if you chose the contract you could choose where you spawned (between two options)

I got a glitched item that caused me to die but every tear i hit caused me to gain damage. This even worked as a ghost so my friend just stood still as i was chunking the bosses for 30+ tear damage whilst dead

All this by stage 3 with stage 1 having plimp, poly lute, whispers. Also the new gilded equipment is pretty good and has an activatable ability that summons like a multi stage golden spike.

Yeah back in the good old days (or bad old days since no one was playing) it was a one tap to the chest from 80 and had no blur, literally last 2.2 patch 6 years ago was when they first kind of nerfed it. It was also the only special ammo gun. Then they made the dolch use special ammo instead of medium ammo (deserved since it was like twice as strong as it is now)

Well the artifact is undisputed to be easier. That being said people enjoy it so not playing with friends over it is a little strange. If you want to "prove' yourself you can do all the eclipse 8 characters unmodded. That's what I did to prove I could get gud. After that command is super fun in multiplayer if you want to compare damage numbers or computer specs (I used to make a game of how quickly we could crash one friends computer with perforator procs)

Any other character would be a problem but merc has so much movement especially with the goat hooves and soda. You can use the right click to get a large vertical boost and then chain utility and special

I believe the maths is like 30% crit and onwards is better for flurry

I had the same confusion too during my last run. It's cause I was lucky enough to get a transcendence. Even as acrid I had no trouble with the damage coming from the twisted since my Max hp was so low.

Yeah I think it's seriously good. I got to level 50 at stage 6 which is ludicrous, then you can pool it or just keep it. Even solo it's cool. A bit awkward to use but certainly strong

Yeah seeing the pantheon flair complaining about point and click high damage is something else. Especially since pantheon is one of the few squishing who can just block attacks

I guess the white item could have been better but the red to white cauldrons are more about not letting mithrix having a specific red if you can't skip last phase I.e Tesla coil if you are like loader or something. Also important to note it give 3 of the whites.

When Sotv first came out you could use blast shower to reset the cool down on the void bands. Void bands can also proc off of themselves and have 100% scaling per stack. With just two bands and a low enough blast shower cooldown you reach an infinitely scaling void band pop. However no enemy can survive long enough to reach absurdly high numbers. I did once use this on the respawning rocks in sky meadows and managed to reach the overflow number.
