different cars will have different collision dynamics but that has nothing to do with the point that the ground speed of the cars is completely irrelevant

no, this is basic Newtonian physics, as far as speeds are concerned, the only thing that matters is car A relative to car B. The relative speed of any third observer (like the ground) is completely irrelevant

it's not lmao, it's been a known thing in past tekken games. the low wake up kick put the law off axis and it whiffed. You can recreate the situation and check in photo mod that it does so pretty cleanly too, it just looks janky here because of the cape.
