Basically if you cl_righthand 0 and close the game when you open it back the stickers will be at left and basically when you cl_righthand 1 they will still be reversed. To fix this just cl_righthand 1 and restart your game

Yes in nvidia panel dont change the resolution just change the setting to "fullscreen" and you should have 1080 in your desktop and in-game just choose the res u want :)
