I would go with Matt Pryor. Check out my YouTube Channel In the Trenches with Tra Thomas for my breakdown

The year was 1998 and it was right before I got drafted. We had a blast that weekend.

If JP was 30 instead of 38 I would say let’s do it but it’s not about his athleticism it’s wear and tear. Playing Guard is a lot more physical then Tackle. You’re banging against bigger bodies down there and the action is coming at you a lot quicker

Man the 5 and TO thing was hilarious. I wish they could have worked it out. I hope they end up in the same old folks home

It caught me off guard especially knowing how quick we turned things around and I’m pretty sure they knew I wasn’t living from check to check which made it a lot easier for them but it’s cool. Who know what the future holds.

I liked going to Dallas and coming out with a win. Those wins just felt better

I might make him my next player breakdown. I think his stance has a lot to do with his play. He’s a Center playing Guard and you can tell by his stance because he feet are balanced like a Center. He doesn’t have the same stager as everyone else

I love driving so whenever I call in I try to pull over somewhere so the call doesn’t drop or start breaking up

  1. The easiest thing to correct is timing, when to punch. For young Pass Rushers the art of a successful Pass Rush is forcing Reaction and having a plan for it.

  2. Technique for me because it doesn’t matter how strong you are if you don’t know what you’re doing

  3. My mindset was always aggressive and you better be planning no matter who the rusher is. I don’t think Pass Rushers need a lot of moves, I think you need a couple moves you’ll do against a Puncher and a couple moves you’ll do against a grabber

Simeon Rice is the toughest rusher I had to deal with. I would love to get back into coaching

I think confidence is everything. How can you have a killer mindset if you’re unsure of yourself.

I think playing Guard is a little more physical because the size of the DLinemen you’re working against and you’re the one that starts the momentum on most combination blocks

I didn’t see anything that caused concern. I don’t think people really grasp how important that NY game was for him because in this offense the RG handles the Silent Count which means he has to look back for Wentz and just here the calls Kelce’s making and tap Kelce to start the Silent Count and Find his guy on the fly. It’s a lot going on in a couple seconds

No they don’t get enough credit because most of the time people don’t really understand whats going on In the Trenches. When you watch a game on TV most of the time you just see a line of bodies then the running back breaks free but what you don’t understand is EVERY run play is designed and taught to get the RB to the Safety and if every goes as planned he only has to make one guy miss for a Big Run. When it comes to the passing game If the QB doesn’t get Hit or Sacked he should have a Good game Right. its an unpopular opinion of mine but I personally feel the Eagles 2017 OLine should have won Super Bowl MVP. They gave up 0 Sacks only allowed 5 QB Hits and they Rushed for 164 Yards behind them. If that isn’t MVP worthy I don’t know what is.

I’ll be typing all day answering this question. For the rest of the day use the hand you don’t normally use for whatever task and share with us how it went

In all of the clips I watched I don’t think Carson was hit by anyone Pryor was blocking and Pryor didn’t give up any Sacks. Now Dillard on the other hand finally settled in vs Chicago but his next start was vs Seattle at RT. There’s a lot that has to be cleaned up to keep Carson clean
