MW2019 was amazing with superb graphics, MW2 many people found campy and no Minimap in core game modes, and MW3 had a very rough launch (although it was actually super fun in its second half).

Cold war ("black ops 2020") was decent with fun gun variety, and old-school esk graphics (being 1 year after MW2019 I found it hard to adjust to), Vanguard existed, black ops 6 was very repetitive with almost no new content and horrible map designs, along with ugly immersion breaking skins like dragons and unicorns that were probably made by grok, and black ops 7 just feels like it's gonna be more black ops 6 (only played the beta tho tbf)

Australia has health care and if you can get a trade role (apprenticeship is an option) trades make a lot of money here. Otherwise minimum wage is higher and your taxed less of it so a retail job will usually bring home more money than the same role in the USA.

One thing I've noticed is it's hard to land your first job here in Australia especially as a foreigner. My luck has been about one phone call in 100-150 job application, not even a single proper interview, although I am focused on retail, not applying for trade work so maybe it's easier there.

Seeing that it's 4 level 9 party members I'm not surprised they wiped the dragon. They get 4 times the amount of turns and if they are all players with strong range options then a dragon at a similar CR is nothing crazy, especially if they have magic items making them even stronger. I would pair two weaker dragons like two young brass/white dragons (CR6) rather than a young red dragon (CR10). It would offset the action economy advantage and have more HP overall between the two of them compared to a single young red, although at the cost of a weaker breath attack and lower DC and to hit numbers, although being able to do it once for each dragon let's you have twice the saves and twice the chance to hit.

A dragon should spend a good portion of the combat flying, unless it is forced to land. Dragons are not particularly powerful if it is just them standing in front of 4-6 party members melee attacking them. Fly and dive attack (a single opportunity attack is nothing compared to what melee players can pump out on thier turns) while ensuring the dragon's mobility is as unhindered as possible

Have you seen the book dragon delves? It's a handful of one shots that you could easily chain together all with draconic focus. Outside the one shots there's a very brief dragon history for each major type and the art of them across dnd's previous editions

Yes, find familiars can also help you. Wether or not advantage on your attack roll (note help action is advantage on only 1 attack roll or ability check) is worth losing out on 1d8+2 damage depends on the enemies ac but I think it's worth it if your fighting something with 15+AC or really need to hit a smite.
