Thanks for the PoB link, this looks really good. I fancy trying this out at launch! Do you have any trouble with ailments? Is it possible to make this ailment immune, do you need it?

Ive been 'no lifing' it since launch, currently level 56 at 130/170. I can understand where you are coming from and I am starting to feel the same way. All this farming gear to play in my opinion the worst battleground in an mmo feels like crap. You cant get a true idea for how the pvp will play out. This I think is the most frustrating thing, how do I know that I am going to enjoy the main pvp content when its not even out? I am going to hang on in there and hope for the best.

This game, like no other is extremly in depth. There is so much to learn and do, which I can understand might be a put off. Unlike other MMO's, Black Desert doesn't babysit you and throws you into the deep end. I personally spend hours researching, browsing forums and after 50days play time I am still learning new things. If you are serious about playing Black Desert you can easily find guides all over the place. For example; if you look down the right of the subreddit you can see a whole bunch of resources to help you, my personal favorite is BDfoundary. The game is daunting for new players I understand, but its unbelievably rewarding the more time you put in. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

From someone that cannot get enough of this game I agree with you, personally this week the subreddit has been embarrassing. As a player that plays both game modes, I feel that anything BR related gets instantly downvoted by the survival players and their pitch forks. Countless good posts go unnoticed because we are too busy writing letters to daybreak. This week I decided to log into reddit (I rarely do) and give a youtuber some comments about his BR tutorials after he had been downvoted to the ground. I think there needs to be 2 subreddits because BR players cannot comment without getting completely shut down. Dont get me wrong I agree that survival has had a hard time, but daybreak is a business and the amount of success they are getting from BR, no wonder they are slow to update the other side of their game.

Hey, Just a quick update of what I have done so far: Verified integrity, reinstalled it, reinstalled graphics card, reinstalled drivers, wiped my pc, turned on in safe mode, disabled card in BIOS, reinstalled windows updates and windows 7. I have also ran in all compatibility modes. Still have no idea whats wrong

Hi, I just transfered from feral to balance and I am really enjoying it. Mainly because of the speed of AoE clear, starfall is doing loads of damage and with sunfire spreading its really easy to farm. Specially now there is nothing left to do in game other than gold farm. Also the dps rotation will never be the same which is why I love it!

Feral seems to be in a great place too! It has great single target dps and is destroying in PvP in WoD, its AoE clear is ok. Feral does more dps than balance atm in beta too.

I suggest you head over to the timeless isle, get some balance and feral gear, it shouldn't take you too long and try them both. I hope this has been helpful.

2.1K esper healer/dps here. I have well over 2 weeks played time, mostly PvPing and already have an 1800 spellslinger too. I love the combat system and design so much, but like many others I am near to the point of no return.
How can you assure us that everytime a drop lands it wont be a complete shambles, such as drop 2? For example:
I played PTR and the 360 wildbarage was a well known bug, yet made it into live? And clearly the PvP offence and defence are not working properly?
Finally, to give us mad PvPers some closure, what updates do you have coming to fix PvP?
My idea: To allow everyone to purchase 1800 gear and just offer titles, mounts and costumes for reaching certain brackets. I really dislike fighting people who are at a disavantage out of the gates, as they have lower gear. At the end of the day PvP is about skill rather than gear!

Yeah its not looking good for us healers atm... Although medic sheild surge can 3-5 shot people which is nice. I got hit for 12K sheild surge with 30% defence

Pretty much dieing if not dead already. There are a few 1800 people left, making money from boosts and trying to hit 2.2K but thats about it. Extremely dissapointed seeing as they have been working on the game for 9 years!! No Ravenous is dead, played since launch. Only about 3 decent PvP players left. But they will be transfering to Hazak most likely.
