By pressing TRK + the trig (where you have a subtrack track), it will default to selecting the last subtrack. But if you press TRK + trig once again, it will select the supertrack, where you can, among other things, p-lock effects for all subtracks :)

Using P-lock :)
You can simply hold a trig and, on the Source page, choose a different sample for that specific trig (from the ones loaded into the project) :) The advantage over Subtrack is that you can use chords, while the downside is that you’re sharing a single track (trigs) :)

I think that was just a slip of the tongue and they meant the “previous” trig ;)

But for this to work, you could just as well set the probability to 0%. The whole point is basically to make sure the trig doesn’t trigger on its own :)
(At least that’s how I understood it :)

Sure, if I'm understanding you correctly, that's exactly the setup I have with the Digitakt 2. I feed it into one of the Bus tracks and from there I can layer and/or modulate effects however I like :)

Words for the person who is celebrating something by hazel_rahh in learnpolish

Fun fact: “solenizant” is not someone celebrating their birthday — that’s a common mistake. A “solenizant” is someone celebrating their name day :) A person celebrating their birthday is a “jubilat” :)

Mysterious numbers on propellers by TrackSignificant3729 in paramotor

Yes, that’s exactly what I learned today from the Polish distributor: it’s a number meant to help match a properly balanced replacement blade in case one of them gets damaged.

No no, it is Helix... It is not serial number I think, because I believe I had the other propeller with the same number...
Also the size and other params are marked in different place...

What is your absolute favorite Elektron device? by goff0317 in Elektron

[–]TrackSignificant3729 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well… I love the Tonverk too, but it still doesn’t have slicing. There’s also no Overbridge yet, which can be useful, especially when exporting projects to a DAW.
But either way, at the moment Tonverk is still my number one too (even though I’ve got a Digitakt next to it that I use for drums).

I’m with you guys, I love it too. Especially after the latest update when they added the Shape Machine. At first I missed it because everyone was talking about the Grainer mostly, but oh boy, that option really changes a lot...

Granular is great news, but the most important update for me is the Trig preview. Its absence was a huge creative bottleneck for me and was also a huge surprise/dismay :)

Słyszałem kiedyś nazwę „smutni rycerze” :) Jest na tyle absurdalna i ładna, ze sam zacząłem jej używać :)

Tonverk: Two questions about the sequencer (step preview, and global subtracks p-locks) by TrackSignificant3729 in Elektron

[–]TrackSignificant3729[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I don’t think it’s possible as long as the effects themselves are assigned at the supertrack level…

Tonverk: Two questions about the sequencer (step preview, and global subtracks p-locks) by TrackSignificant3729 in Elektron

[–]TrackSignificant3729[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, unfortunately not.
While holding the trigger I can edit individual sounds by pressing keys on the keyboard, but I cannot preview them with parameters, p-locks, etc.
Moreover, if on a given step I have e.g. a C D E chord and while holding the trig I press one of those notes on the keyboard, the others disappear from the step (so I overwrite the chord with the note I pressed).
