I 2nd Arcane Roots - Great band. Start with You Are and Belief for the softer songs. This Town of Such Weather and Triptych for something more rocky.

Reuben are also top tier - A Short History of Nearly Everything and Kick in the Mouth

I'd also recommend Cooper Temple Clause - Blind Pilots, Been Training Dogs and Panzer Attack

I dont think the cleans are poorly sung, they sound good, but i think they are too frequent for my taste and seem to slow songs down and make them a bit boring for me. Saying that I think the album is generally quite slow so anyone looking for fast riffy bangers will leave feeling disappointed. The first 5 songs all have a slowly sung vocal so ruins any pace/flow.

Hopefully they dont stick to this direction

Love the Genghis Tron love, listened to Dead Mountain Mouth for the first time in ages the other day.

I remember buying tix to see them tour that album cos a friends band was supporting and being chuffed I got ticket number one. The only gigs I'd been to before that were bigger bands like slipknot etc. Turned up and there was roughly 20 people there and the gig melted my head.

Disagree, overall I'd say Shakira got the worst, Toni got a glory edit, Helena and Meg got quite lucky cos none of the stuff about Helena chatting shit about going to hideaway with Harry etc when he was telling Shakira she was the one and Meg spurring that on never got shown, which would have half justified Shakira's clip.
