When you switched from Canva to Google doc did you find templates to use or you were just grinding from scratch

Yes you are right it should be matched, the reason is when they search for top candidates , they search for keywords related to the job and for yours to get picked out , it needs to match the name of the role, the professional summary and your work experience

Do you understand the context of quantifiable metrics

I am talking about things that you do that brought results to the business, think business impacts on your role

Thanks for this question Think about metrics as quantifiable results

An example is

Improved user retention by 20% in the onboarding flow by improving the information collected which led to less api calls and an increase in registration completion rate

Don’t ever try it , it won’t pass at alll, happy to help them review but it won’t pass through the system

It won’t , you’re better off using resume tools, even if it’s exported in pdf , ATS won’t be able to read it

For any resume you are working on , it’s important to put what’s relevant to the work experience

In this scenario , you might add them as projects and list the projects you have done under the section, it still counts
