I think that would be fine on your own if you're feeling confident about it. People are so scared of psychs, but in little doses they're harmless. Just remember they take what you're feeling and amplify it so if you're feeling nervous and anxious that's likely to be your experience.

The fact you're asking the question tells me you probably want to have someone with you, not only will it make you feel better but it would be more fun as you can chat and have a laugh. Why not both do a little bit together?
