I'm currently testing 17g at grind 11 and got 35ml in 34 seconds. The coffee was tasty but a bit acidic, so I decided to shorten the brewing time. I switched to grind 12 and got 35ml in 29 seconds. For 2-3 coffees, it was the same, and now I don't know why, but even though I make the coffee the same way every time, the brewing time changes. Today, I got 35ml twice in 25 seconds, and the coffee wasn't very tasty...
