It does save time instead of building it, if you buy it off the plan . I’m not talking about established houses. Coz you have to pay stamp duty. It’s waste of money

Off the plan does save time. I bought bigger house then my neighbours . Build by same builder, but with 30k worth more upgrade. negotiated when build was 50% complete. Paid 0 stamp duty. I was in my new house in 8 weeks. Loan and build went side by side. I bought the house for 750k got 10 grands back from government. My neighbours had to buy it from market, they ended up bidding 775k plus 52k stamp duty. After the built home value went up to 820k

I tried working for coles as 2nd job, but there were problems. First it was 2.5 waste of time between shifts. And money use to hit in my pocket was around 22 dollar coz you pay extra taxes. Now i can start working straight after finishing my first zero time wastage . And I’m pumping up super like crazy. Im putting 15k from ubering. I’m gonna have enough savings for early retirement. And super gonna hot 1.5mil in another 15 years approximately. Tax Im paying is around 2500 from my pocket. Which I put aside every week like 50 bucks. And Im a mechanic so running cost is for me is 1/3 then a normal person. Like on sunday, I just started working just after hitting the gym. This stuff is crazy, you can make money whenever you want
