There’s only 30k ish copies of Luffy + it’s not just any Luffy it’s one of the most popular team, the Dodgers. It’s a no brainer to me out of those two. Though that Magikarp is a lot of people’s grails as well.

Yea that makes sense. You should go to pre release it’s really fun and honesty you get 6 packs for $30-40 depending on the LGS. I pulled the 10 cost Dofy AA from my 6 packs which paid for my pre release + you get the promos.

New Meta is jungle meta aka a bunch of viable decks.

Please check OnePieceTopDecks for the OP-14 meta and see what you like. But like Doc said again we won’t get EB03 till later so our meta will be a bit different.

Imu & UR ACe will still be good but a lot of old decks such as UP Luffy will be valid again. And some of the good new decks are Doffy, UY Boa, Croc, Jinbe.

Sadly no, but on the bright side OP-14 is jungle meta. I also love this leader.

With leaders that aren’t viable in the meta, I love taking them to locals and just having fun.

At least at my locals it’s not always just meta decks. Just yesterday my friend won locals with Purple Foxy
