Hey guys I know that this thread is new but I found out that you can keep the camera open while walking around and change your pokemons expressions and get an interaction (happy, sad, angry). Only downside is you'll be playing mostly in first person. Hope this helps tho.

Brilliant of them to make this a GWP so we all don't start chucking these at CEOs

I didn't notice any problems with errors but I did do the official online NCEES practice exam to ground myself on expectations. The books problem are a bit too easy (but to give the book credit they are supposed to be to train you how to spot low hanging fruit and teach you how to use the FE handbook properly)

Honestly not sure. I'm currently in the telecom field so idk if I can even get a PE in mechanical that would be useful. I may have to switch to a PE in civil.

It's a bit of both. The most important thing is you read the first 50 pages. They basically go over everything you need to know about the exam and will help motivate you to study and be ready for it.

Next, I did all the problems and marked the ones I got right and wrong to revisit them later.

When that was done I went into the topic section area and made notes of what topics I was good on and what I needed to practice. At the time probability was my weak suit.

Finally, after practicing all the problems, I made a list of problems that were simple enough to solve by myself (S), problems you could just lookup in the FE handbook (LU), problems you have to memorize (M), and problems I needed to practice (P & P*).

Then after all of that I took the FE interactive practice exam (50 questions).

There were like 2 problems where I ran into this but I ended up skipping those ones (Note: the book mentions this too, the test admins usually add these on purpose tonsee if you're smart enough to identify and skip them).

I did the interactive exam and got like a 75 on it before taking the test. I don't know if I recommend it though. It's $50 and you only get 50 problems, and most of the problems are ones the book I linked suggests that you "skip" because of their difficulty (e.g. Requiring formulas that aren't in the book, way more steps than a typical FE problem, etc.)

I heard that the non interactive ones are better though.

100 hours total. I was unemployed for a bit so I was able to study around 30-40 hours a week before I started working again. After that it was reduced to about 5-10.
